Abstract

This article is about the place and role of National Personnel in the reforms of the education system and the development of the state education sector, the activities of educational organizations, as well as the protection of the rights and legal interests of investors, including foreign investors, in this fieldensures the creation of favorable socio-economic, organizational and legal conditions for attracting investments.
