Abstract

Кўкрак ёшдаги болаларда тўсатдан ўлим синдроми(КЁБТЎС) (лат. mors subita infantum, англ. sudden infant death syndrome, SIDS) - ташқаридан соғлом гўдак ёки 1 ёшгача бўлган болачада нафас тўхташи оқибатида тўсатдан рўй берган ўлим, бунда аутопсия ўлим сабабини аниқлай олмайди. Айрим ҳолларда КЁБТЎС ни “бешикдаги ўлим” деб аташади, чунки ўлим олдидан ҳеч қандай белгилар бўлмасдан, кўпинча уйқу вақтида рўй беради. КЁБТЎС хавф омиллари 2 та асосий гуруҳга бўлинади:ўзгартирилиш мумкин бўлган ва ўзгартирилиши мумкин бўлмаган.  КЁБТЎС танотогенези асосий гипотезалари метаболизм, иммунологик мос келмаслик, серотонинэргик дисфункция, кардиоген механизм тўғма нуқсонлари ҳисобланади.
