Abstract

Bioorganik molekulalarni o’z ichiga olgan model sistemalarda eritma sifatida asosan suvdan foydalaniladi. Hujayralarda ro’y beradigan biofizikaviy va biokimyoviy jarayonlarni o’rganishda suv modelini to’g’ri tanlash muhim bosqich hisoblanadi. Molekulyar dinamika yordamida turli xil temperaturalarda suv modellaridan o’zgarmas bosim (NPT) sharoitida zichlik bilan dielektik singdiruvchanligini tadqiq qildik. Biz SPC, TIP3P, TIP4P va TIP5P suv modellarini tanladik, ular geometriyasi va atom zaryadlarining boshqa parametrlari, shu jumladan kuch maydoni potentsiallari bilan farq qiladi. Suv modellari orasida TIP5P zichligi fazaviy o’tishni ham to’g’ri tasvirlab tajriba natijalariga yaqin ekanligi aniqlandi. Bundan farqli o'laroq, SPC modelining elektrostatik xarakteristikasi tajriba natijalariga o'xshashligi baholandi. Shuning uchun SPC va TIP5P suv modellaridan foydalanib turli xil obyektlarni tadqiq qilib yuqori aniqlikdagi natijalarni qo’lga kiritish mumkin.
