SYNTHESIS PHOSPHOROUS-POTASSIUM CONTAINING PRODUCTS BY THERMAL METHOD

Abstract
The basis of this scientific work is the development of a technology for the production of thermophosphate without the use of expensive acids and to reduce waste. The problem is solved by the fact that in the method of obtaining thermophosphate, including mixing crushed phosphate raw materials with silvynite, burning the mixture at a temperature of 900-1250 0C and cooling the product containing potassium and sodium compounds, where the all raw materials are crushed to a particle size of no more than 64 nm, the mixture is sintered for 30-90 minutes.
