Abstract

Mamlakatimizda ta’lim tizimida xorijiy tillarni o‘qitish va ularning metodologik asoslarini takomillashtirish masalalari o‘ta muhim ahamiyat kasb etayotganligidan kelib chiqqan holda, shularni alohida qayd etishimiz lozimki, ta’lim tizimini takomillashtirish borasidagi o‘zgarishlarni zamonaviy bilimlar va xorijiy tillarni egallagan yetuk kadrlarsiz amalga oshirib bo‘lmaydi. O‘zbekiston Respublikasi Prezidentining 2019 yil 8 oktyabrdagi PF-5847-sonli «O‘zbekiston Respublikasi oliy ta’lim tizimini 2030 yilgacha rivojlantirish konsepsiyasini tasdiqlash to‘g‘risida»gi Farmoni, 2021 yil 19 maydagi PQ-5117-sonli «O‘zbekiston Respublikasida xorijiy tillarni o‘rganishni ommalashtirish faoliyatini sifat jihatidan yangi bosqichga olib chiqish chora-tadbirlari to‘g‘risida»gi qarori va Vazirlar Mahkamasining 2017 yil 11 avgustdagi «Ta’lim muassasalarida chet tillarini o‘qitishning sifatini yanada takomillashtirish chora-tadbirlari to‘g‘risida»gi 610-son qarori, shuningdek, boshqa bir qator - hujjatlarda mamlakatimizda xorijiy tillarni o‘qitishning sifatini va samaradorligini oshirish borasida ko‘plab vazifalar belgilangan.
