Abstract

The globalization of the world economy cannot but influence the processes of integration of national capital markets. The article is devoted to the development trends of the world securities market. The author analyzes the impact of the financial crisis on the development of the main sectors of the stock market, and also considers the problems facing the national systems of its regulation.
